Satisfaction Guarantee

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept physical returns. If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase for any reason, contact us at support@ascenttea.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No need to send anything back.

Our satisfaction guarantee is limited to one use per customer.

Damaged or Spoiled Orders

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us at support@ascenttea.com and we’ll make it right regardless.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
